Learning Strategy
A general focus is defined at the beginning of the programme. Specific content and objectives of the language coaching sessions are agreed on between the trainer and trainee(s) as the programme progresses.
Target Group
Learners with a good command of the target language, i.e. they can communicate independently; this method is suitable for intermediate to advanced levels (B2 - C2).
Learning Goals
Improvement of language fluency, communication skills and active use of the target language
Focus
Successful execution of job specific tasks within professional contexts where the active use of the target language is required.
Primary Teaching Materials
Work-related content and branch-specific materials (newspaper articles etc.)
Training Plan
Individually arranged between the trainer and the participants

A language course follows a predetermined lesson plan which is based on standardised course books; clear end-of-course goals are defined from the start, which guide the timeline of the course.
Target Group
Learners who are just starting to use and expand their skills in the target language; this method is suitable for elementary to intermediate levels (A1 - B1).

To reach a higher level of language proficiency
Focus
Acquisition of vocabulary and grammatical structures through a systematic buildup as well as improving all language skills (writing, speaking, reading, listening)

A specific set of professional skills are reviewed and practiced in the target language through simulations and target oriented activities.
