Every employee who is destined to take part in the training programme is interviewed by the mind&more CC as part of an individual needs analysis. This enables an approximate evaluation of the ability of the EMP to communicate in the target language.

The mind&more team is able to develop a custom-made training plan for your company based on the information provided by the complete needs analysis.

This design proposal is fine-tuned after one or more feedback sessions with the PDE and then the project is commissioned by the company.

The trainer tasked by the CC with carrying-out the training implements the training programme as per agreement.
