There is one common thread that runs throughout the integrated approach behind the mind&more philosophy. This encompasses both the communicative and the inter-cultural aspects of language training.
We offer our customers a custom-made learning concept involving four “Key Players“:
1. Define Objectives
With the aid of an internal developmental needs survey, the PDE and the mind&more CC map out the objectives and methods required.
2. Level Evaluation
All employees earmarked for training are initially level-tested using the Online Level Test available at www.mindandmore.at
3. Individual Needs Analysis
Every employee who is destined to take part in the training programme is interviewed by the mind&more CC as part of an individual needs analysis. This enables an approximate evaluation of the ability of the EMP to communicate in the target language.
4. Design Measures Required
The mind&more team is able to develop a custom-made training plan for your company based on the information provided by the complete needs analysis.
5. Fine Tuning & Order Commission
This design proposal is fine-tuned after one or more feedback sessions with the PDE and then the project is commissioned by the company.
The trainer tasked by the CC with carrying-out the training implements the training programme as per agreement.
Participant –feedback forms, trainer-reports, attendance lists and, if need be, a final examination or test round off this comprehensive training programme.
8. Final Report
CC provides the PDE with a final report, the parameters of which are agreed beforehand or are developed while the training programme is taking place.
9. Training Monitoring
CC steers the whole project with end-to-end responsibility as direct counterpart of the PDE. Regular adjustments or goal and content adaptations between the PDE, EMP and LT form an integral part of the project management.
